2. What data we collect

The contact form only collects the data you enter yourself: name, email address, and message text. No other personal data is collected when you fill in the form.

If you accept cookies, anonymous traffic data is additionally collected (see section 6).

3. How we use the data

Data submitted through the contact form is used for a single purpose: replying to your inquiry by email. The data is not used for marketing and is not sold to third parties.

4. Data recipients

Contact form messages are delivered using the email service Resend (Resend, Inc.). The message content and your email address are passed to this service only so your message can reach MQ SYSTEMS. Data may be processed in the European Union or the United States, under Resend's data protection terms.

5. Retention period

Contact form messages are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to complete our correspondence with you, or until you ask for them to be deleted.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site does not set any cookies on its own until you give consent. Clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner enables Google Analytics, a tool that helps us understand how many people visit the site and how they use it. IP addresses are anonymized. If you click "Decline" or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data for this site — the cookie banner will then appear again.
